Welcome to Toll Gate Farm & Vineyard. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and fairness in how we process and fulfill your orders.

1. Minimum Order Requirement

All wine orders placed through this website must meet a minimum of 12 bottles (one full case) to qualify for free delivery. Orders under this quantity will not be processed for delivery and may only be completed via pickup at one of our designated locations.

2. Pickup & Delivery Policy

We offer two options for fulfilling orders:

A. Free Delivery (12 bottles or more):

• Available only within the state of Virginia
• Limited to a 10-mile radius of our three designated delivery zones:
  • Arlington, VA
  • Sperryville Market, VA
  • Toll Gate Estate in Flint Hill, VA
• Delivery is scheduled and confirmed directly with you after your order is placed. A valid photo ID will be required upon delivery.

B. Pickup (for smaller orders or by request):

• Orders below 12 bottles must be picked up at one of the above locations.
• Pickup times are coordinated via email or phone once the order is submitted.
• Orders will not be held indefinitely. If pickup is not completed within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Age Verification

Wine purchases are limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request identification at the time of pickup or delivery. Orders will not be released without valid age verification.

4. Payment Terms

Toll Gate Farm & Vineyard accepts various payment forms upon delivery including Venmo, Credit, Cash, or Check.
We do not accept online payments at this time. Payment is due in full at the time of delivery or pickup

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wine as a perishable product:

• All sales are final
• We do not accept returns or exchanges
• If there is a problem with your order (e.g., damaged bottles), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so we can address the issue

6. Product Availability

All wines are produced in small batches and are subject to limited availability.
We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders due to out-of-stock products
• Suggest substitute vintages or varietals when available

7. Website Content & Use

All content on this website is owned by Toll Gate Farm & Vineyard and protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the site without written permission.

• Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
• Orders not picked up within the agreed window
• Any misuse or improper storage of wine once delivered or picked up
